When do you restock?
Vena bags and other products are restocked as needed. All colors and sizes come back in stock periodically. Restocks happen at KFEELGOODS.COM AND they are announced in advance on Instagram or get the fastest updates by signing up to our mailing list.

Bag PREORDER Program?
This is a limited-time event where you can pre-order any color, size, and quantity of our bags. Once your order is placed we CAN NOT accept any changes or cancellations whatsoever. Orders ship between 3-6 months after the date your order was placed. For more info please reach out to kfeelgoods@gmail.com
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards.
What method of communication can I use to get additional support?
All customer service is handled via email at kfeelgoods@gmail.com. Please allow 24hour for a response.
Shipping Information
Can I pick up items from a warehouse in person?
Orders cannot be picked up from our warehouse. Our warehouse is not open to the public for any reason and only authorized personnel are allowed.
Can I change my address after I have completed my order?
If you need to change your address, please reach out to us as soon as you can. Orders are processed immediately but we will do our best to assist. If your order has already been processed there is nothing we can do, and you will have to contact the courier for further assistance.
Do you ship to P.O boxes?
We can only ship to P.O. boxes in the United States. When is my order shipping? Orders are typically shipped within 3-6 business days. However, due to the current logistics environment, orders may take up to 14 business days to be shipped - this excludes weekends and holidays. We will email you a confirmation once it ships and that will include tracking information as well. Do you provide gift wrapping or gift receipts? Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping services or any special handling at this time. What do I do if my package hasn't arrived? Please email us if your package hasn’t arrived after two days from when it was marked delivered.
Domestic Shipping
We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed. After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Orders are typically processed (pre-shipment) within 3-6 business days. However, due to the current logistics environment, orders may take up to 14 business days to be shipped. Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed on the TERMS & CONDITIONS, at the time of purchase. Separate orders or orders with multiple items will be combined and may require extra processing time. Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days via UPS or FedEx, but delays from the courier can happen. We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Customers are responsible for the re-delivery fee.

Return & Cancellation Policy
Why can't I return my item?
All Bags are FINAL SALE.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we will be unable to process your cancellation. Once an order is placed, it is processed and our fulfillment team begins shipping right away. Why was my order canceled? We begin processing orders immediately in order to ship as quickly as possible. Any orders with missing information will be canceled as we are unable to process the order without the missing information. Please email us at kfeelgoods@gmail.com so we can investigate further.

Bags are made 100% Real Pebbled Leather or Vegan leather on certain items.
Authentication
Is there a way I can tell if the Vena Bag someone sold me is fake?
Unfortunately, we cannot authenticate any bag that is not directly sold through us.
Is there a warranty that comes with the bag?
No, we don’t provide a warranty for our bags.
Do we offer any customization services for your bags?
At this time we don’t offer customization services. But feel free to email us with any request.
